Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains refunds for our macOS apps — MOTHER, FATHER, BISHOP, and ASH. Design and development projects are handled separately, under the agreement for that work.

Our 3-day guarantee
If one of our apps isn’t right for you, email us at hello@coastcreative.studio within 3 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need a complicated reason.
We always recommend trying an app first so you know it fits how you work — but the 3-day guarantee is there either way.

How to request a refund
Email us at hello@coastcreative.studio with the order number or the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued through our Shopify store, back to your original payment method.

How long it takes
We handle eligible requests promptly. Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What isn’t covered
- Requests made more than 3 days after purchase.
- Abuse of the guarantee, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same app.
- Problems caused solely by a third-party service your app connects to — though we’re always glad to help you troubleshoot.

Design and development projects
Deposits and payments for website and design work are governed by the separate proposal or agreement you sign for that project, not by this policy.
