We built Julie Do's original website on Wix five years ago. This one starts from scratch. Julie is a Compass Realtor® working from Alexandria to Woodbridge, and more than 95% of her business comes from referrals, so the website's main job is simple: when someone hears her name, it should confirm everything they were told.
That starts with proof. Recent sales lead the home page with addresses, prices and specs, and client reviews follow in full. Julie's own story, twenty years helping run her family's beauty salons before real estate, and the fact that she works in English and Vietnamese, give people a reason to call her and not the next agent.
Northern Virginia moves on military orders, so the website does too. A military and relocation guide maps neighborhoods to Fort Belvoir and the Pentagon, and six neighborhood pages cover Alexandria, Burke, Fairfax, Lorton, Springfield and Woodbridge. Visitors pick their situation, from first home and moving up to downsizing, selling, relocating or investing, and get a path built for it, with Compass Concierge and Bridge Loans explained where they matter and a free home value report for sellers.
